Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Abyss to your Discord server or interacting with its features, you agree to be bound by these and Discord's Terms of Service, and also Discord's Community Guidelines. These terms apply to all server administrators, moderators, and regular users who interact with the bot. We can remove the bot from your server at any time at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in their country) to interact with Abyss, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. Server owners are responsible for the actions of their staff when using administrative commands.

3. AI Moderation & Automated Actions

Abyss uses advanced AI neural networks to analyze server content, including images and text. You acknowledge that:

Automated actions (timeouts, deletions) are based on AI probabilities. However, all kicks and bans by Abyss based on AI decisions are verified and approved by our staff before they are executed. This doesn't apply if you told the bot to kick/ban someone explicitely.
Administrators can review and override certain AI decisions.
The system is designed to provide a layer of security but is not infallible.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users and administrators are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to exploit, bypass, or "jailbreak" the AI moderation system.
Using the bot for malicious raiding, spamming, or illegal activities.
Reverse-engineering the bot's code or attacking its infrastructure, for example by DDoS-attacks, malware or any form of malicious software or actions.

5. Global Blacklist Network

If you are found violating our or Discord's policies severely, we reserve the right to blacklist you from Abyss. This means you will be banned from all servers you share with Abyss, and we will report you to Discord in case the violations in question were related to their policies. These blacklists will not be reverted unless they are deemed false.
